If you'd like to move forward, we enter the Pre-Construction Planning phase, formalized through a Pre-Construction Services Agreement. This is where the real work begins — and where great projects are won or lost. We collaborate with you on floor plan design (when needed), develop a thorough and detailed scope of work, and coordinate closely with our trusted vendor and design partners. This means multiple site visits, meetings with your architect or interior designer, and careful pricing conversations with our trade network. At the conclusion of this phase, you receive a complete package: a detailed scope of work, full product specifications, and a clear proposal of services and cost. Pre-construction is billed based on time invested — because thoughtful planning is itself a craft.

When the proposal is accepted and your start date arrives, all that careful planning becomes reality. We provide dedicated on-site supervision throughout construction, maintaining a clean, organized jobsite and keeping every trade on schedule. You'll receive regular updates and direct access to our team — no surprises, no chasing answers. Our goal isn't simply to deliver a finished home — it's to build a relationship that endures well beyond the project itself.
